Ingredients
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 apple, diced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop the broccoli into small florets.
Dice the apple and thinly slice the red onion.
In a large bowl, mix broccoli, apple, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve chilled.

Use firm apples like Granny Smith for better texture.
Let the salad sit for 10 minutes before serving for better flavor.
