Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:


12 cabbage leaves
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cabbage leaves and cook 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix well.
Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf. Roll up, tucking in the sides.
Place rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the cabbage rolls.
Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
