2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

Wash the lemons thoroughly, especially if they are not organic. To remove pesticides, soak them in water with a tablespoon of baking soda for 45 minutes.
Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.

Crush the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and add the remaining lemon zest (from the zesting).

Add the garlic and ginger to the boiling water, cover, and remove from heat.

Let it sit for 20 minutes, strain the mixture, add the lemon juice, and store it in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

How to consume this drink?
Drink 150 to 200 ml every morning on an empty stomach for 10 to 14 days. Then, take a 10-day break before resuming if necessary. If the drink seems too acidic, you can dilute it with a little water.
