BAKING SODA AND GRAPEFRUIT JUICE:
1 grapefruit (or lemon),
1 teaspoon of baking soda,
1/2 cup of water
PREPARATION AND USE:
Add the baking soda to the water and stir until dissolved. Then, add the lemon or grapefruit juice and mix well. Drink this fresh mixture every morning, 20 minutes before breakfast, and you will soon notice a significant improvement.
