Broccoli Cheese Patties I love this quick & easy recipe and it’s a treat for beginners

Cheesy Broccoli Fritters
A delicious and healthy snack or appetizer!

Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Olive oil for frying

Instructions:
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheese, flour, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form patties: Shape the mixture into small patties.

Fry: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Serve: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce or ranch dressing.

Tips:
For a healthier option, bake the patties in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
You can add other vegetables to the mixture, such as carrots, zucchini, or bell peppers.
Experiment with different cheeses, such as mozzarella or Gruyère.
