Ingredients:
 Flour tortillas
 Cooked ground beef
 Shredded cheddar cheese
 Garlic powder
 Chopped parsley (optional)
 Salsa & 
 sour cream for dipping
Steps:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
2. Place a tortilla in the skillet, layer beef, cheese, and seasonings.
3. Fold in half and cook until golden brown, flipping once.
4. Slice into wedges and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
5. Serve hot with salsa and sour cream on the side.
