Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Lemon Juice, and Honey

 

Instructions:

In a cup, add grated ginger, chopped onion, and minced garlic.

Pour in the warm water (not boiling to preserve nutrients).

Let it steep for about 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture to remove solids.

Stir in lemon juice and honey.

Drink it warm, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or when you feel symptoms coming on.

Tips:
Adjust honey for sweetness as desired.

You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days, reheat gently before drinking.

If you find the taste too strong, dilute with more warm water.
