
Homemade Chicken Luncheon (Lanchon) ….you should really try it cause you’re gonna be obsessedđ
 Instructions:
1) Blend the mixture
In a blender, add:
â˘Chicken pieces
â˘Eggs
â˘Cheese
â˘Cornstarch
â˘Oil
â˘Spices
Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
2) Shape the luncheon
â˘Spread plastic wrap on the table.
â˘Put a sheet of aluminum foil on top.
â˘Pour the mixture in the center.
â˘Roll it tightly into a cylinder shape (like a sausage).
â˘Tighten the ends very well so no water gets inside.
3) Cook
Boil water in a pot.
Place the wrapped roll inside and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
4) Cool
Remove the roll and let it cool completely.
Then refrigerate it for at least 2 hours so it becomes firm.
Slice and serve.
