  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp red food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in cocoa powder and red food coloring until smooth.
  5. Fold in flour and salt until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  6. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
