- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in cocoa powder and red food coloring until smooth.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for a deeper red color.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra richness, add cream cheese frosting on top.
