Ingredients:
1-inch piece of fresh ginger root
2 fresh garlic cloves
1 whole lemon (with peel, washed)
1 cup of water (optional, for dilution)
Honey to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Peel the garlic and ginger, wash the lemon thoroughly, and slice it into rounds, including the peel.
Juice the ingredients directly in a juicer or blend with water in a blender until smooth.
Use a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to strain out the pulp.
Adjust the flavor with honey or more water if needed.
Serve immediately in a small glass.
