Ruggable Just Launched a New Rug System That Solves a Major Problem

Ever since we first tried Ruggable rugs, we’ve been smitten with this gorgeous, washable rug brand. Originally debuting as an innovative two-part system—a washable topper and a cushioned, slip-resistant pad—Ruggable rugs ushered in the era of stress-free rug ownership. Spills? Stains? No matter the day-to-day messes tossed at it, a Ruggable area rug is ready for another adventure after a simple spin in the washer.

That said, we’ve always found the two-piece system a bit burdensome, especially for those used to traditional single-layer rugs. That’s why we’re so excited for the newly released Ruggable All-in-One system. It combines the cushioned feel of the brand’s cozy rug pads with the lightweight, washable fabrics these stylish rugs are known for. Say hello to rugs that are simpler to set up and just as pretty as their predecessors.

What is the Ruggable All-in-One system?
Ruggable’s All-in-One system further streamlines the washable rug experience. By minimizing the number of pieces required for setup, the simplified system seeks to make these easy-care floor coverings even more low-maintenance. Each Ruggable rug previously required a rug pad underneath, along with a printed topper. Now, the pads are built directly into the rugs.

Key Features
Ruggable Just Launched A New Rug System
The new All-in-One collection includes a majority of our favorite Ruggable offerings, plus several new designs. There are two high-pile material options currently available: tufted and plush.

Tufted All-in-One pieces are comparable to Ruggable’s existing tufted texture, minus the need for a rug pad. The new plush All-in-One rugs boast the brand’s thickest and softest material to date. Available in textural designs, these rugs add a luxe, cozy feel to bedrooms and beyond.

Deputy Editor Katie Bandurski has tested several washable rug brands, including Ruggable and Tumble. “I think this is a genius upgrade,” Katie says of the All-in-One system. “I can confirm just how tricky it is to wrestle the topper onto the sticky rug pad, especially with larger styles. I love the simplicity of a single piece.”

Katie was also excited to learn about the system’s new “enhanced fit” for standard washing machines, thanks to a more flexible, scrunchable design.

Ruggable also hints at new designs coming in the near future. Currently, shoppers can snag area rugs, kitchen rugs and runners in the new style. While their bath mats, washable doormats and outdoor offerings aren’t yet available as a single-piece system, we’re hoping to see those next!
