Ingredients:
Fish fillets (marocain: merlan, dorade…)
Charmoula: garlic, parsley, coriander, paprika, cumin, lemon, oil
Vegetables: peppers, potatoes, carrots
Instructions:
Marinate fish in charmoula 30 minutes.
Layer vegetables + fish in a tajine or baking tray.
Cook on low heat until tender.
