The number of triangles you see will determine if you are narcissistic.

You may be one of the so-called “pattern amplifiers.” They see opportunities everywhere, even where they don’t yet exist. Your creativity and imagination drive you to combine every little detail into a larger whole.

And this is where the viral myth comes in: “The number of triangles you see determines whether you’re a narcissist.” People who overanalyze or exaggerate patterns sometimes tend to think egocentrically, assuming their interpretation is the only correct one. Of course, this doesn’t mean you’re narcissistic, but rather that you have a strong ego, great confidence in your own perception, and a desire to be right.

In moderation, this is a strength. But if it’s excessive, it can make you less receptive to the opinions of others.
