Ingredients:
– 3 large eggs
– 1 tbsp sugar
– ½ tsp salt
– 4 tbsp vegetable oil
– 500 ml milk
– 320g all-purpose flour
– ½ tsp baking soda
– 500 ml boiling water
– 50 ml vegetable oil (for filling)
– 2 medium onions, finely chopped
– 450g minced meat
– 1 medium potato, peeled and finely diced
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 50 ml water
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs, sugar, salt, and oil in a bowl. Stir in milk, then sift in flour and baking soda. Gradually add boiling water.
2. Cook pancakes in a greased pan until golden on both sides.
3. Sauté onions in oil, add minced meat, and cook until browned.
4. Add diced potatoes, season, and simmer until tender.
5. Fill pancakes with the meat mixture and fold.
6. Serve warm with sour cream or sauce on the side!
