Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pudding: Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Melt Biscoff cookie butter and stir into pudding. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  2. Layer the cookies and bananas: In a 9×13-inch dish, start with a layer of Biscoff cookies, followed by sliced bananas and a layer of pudding. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.
  3. Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and add whipped cream (optional) before serving.
