The 3-day soup-based detox cleanse

Recipe 1: Broccoli Detox Soup

Ingredients:

– 2.5 cups broccoli,
– 3 celery stalks, finely chopped,
– 1 onion, chopped,
– 1 cup kale or spinach,
– 2 carrots, peeled and chopped,
– 2 cups vegetable broth,
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt,
– Juice of 1/2 lemon,
– 2 teaspoons coconut oil.

Preparation:

– In a saucepan, drizzle some coconut oil, then add the onion, celery, carrots, kale, and broccoli, and sauté for 5 minutes.

Next, pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are very tender. Blend everything together to obtain a smooth, fairly thick soup.
