The 3-day soup-based detox cleanse

Recipe 2: Ginger and Carrot Detox Soup
Ingredients:

– 1 kg medium carrots, chopped
– 2 onions, peeled and chopped
– 6 cups vegetable broth
– 3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup coconut milk
– Sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation:

– In a saucepan, combine the carrots, ginger, garlic, and broth, then bring to a boil.

– In a frying pan, sauté the onions in a little coconut oil until caramelized.

– In a blender, combine the first mixture, the caramelized onions, and the remaining coconut oil, then blend until smooth. Once your mixture is smooth and creamy, season it with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
